Giving your time and expertise is immensely valuable and a great way to enhance the future careers of our recent leavers. Mentoring and broader career support helps to raise the aspirations, attainment, self-confidence and overall academic performance of our young people. It also promotes interpersonal communications skills and emotional intelligence, so fundamental to academic success and to help prepare them for life beyond the school gates.
